We’re going to start cooking from now until about 1.15pm, then we’ll eat until 2pm, when we’ll clean up together and then leave at 2.30pm.
On your table will be a leader, these are [NAMES]. Wave and say hello! Your table leaders will guide you through everything
We’ll be making tabbouleh, chickpea salad and potato röstis. There’s a sheet on each table with allergy information, so please check them and talk to a leader if you’re unsure.
Finally, a quick reminder about safety. We’re not expecting a fire alarm, if it goes off, the nearest exit is here [point to exit]. Knives and graters are sharp, hot plates are hot!
We have a first aid kit on the table if anyone needs it [point to where it is]. If you have children with you, please make sure they’re supervised at all times. Stay safe people!
