Set up the tables
(11:15 - 11:45)
Wipe down the tables, using anti-bacterial spray.
Decide which recipe you’re going to prepare on which table.
Place the paper ingredient and allergy list for each recipe on the appropriate table.
Fill up water flasks with water to drink and place them with seven plastic cups per table.
