Set up the tables

(11:15 - 11:30)

Wipe down the tables, using anti-bacterial spray.

Decide which recipe you’re going to prepare on which table. Place the table/food setup and recipe sheets on the table.

Place one allergy sheet on each table.

Fill up green flasks with water and place one on each table.

Place seven plastic cups on each table.
