Step 4: Each pair takes a third of the bulgar wheat.

Use the set of measuring cups to scoop the bulgar wheat. Add to small metal bowl and mix.

Step 5: Each pair takes a lemon.

Halve a lemon and squeeze the juice into the bowl.

Step 6: Take the olive oil and the set of measuring cups.

Add 15ml of olive oil to the bowl and mix.
