Welcome members and guests

The Local Welcome staff member will stand on the door and mark off attendance.
When people arrive in the room, give each person them a sticker to write their name on.
It’s up to you and the other leaders to make members and guests feel at ease when they arrive. There are lots of ways to do this.
By 12:30, make sure that everyone is sat at a table and is ready to start cooking. Make sure that the members and refugee guests are evenly divided across the tables.
Table leaders should make sure that everyone sat at their table is able to handle the ingredients based on their allergies and dietary preferences.
